Small local shops and facilities are within 5 minutes walking distance including an excellent local butcher and baker, the very popular Italian restaurant, ‘Zecca’s’ and the newly refurbished and stylish pub/restaurant, ‘The Wellwood’.
A small beach within a couple of minutes walk and additionally the beautiful coastline and golden beaches of Northumberland within a few minutes’ drive.
The historic medieval village of Warkworth, complete with its own majestic castle, is a very pleasant 1 mile walk away with views along the way of the picturesque Coquet Estuary and its wide variety of wildlife, including seabirds, otters, herons and deer.
Ground floor – fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining area leading onto decked rear garden. Laundry room and cloakroom. Secure garage suitable for bike storage.
First Floor – King size bed and en suite with large shower cubicle. Lounge with open view of the Marina, seashore and Coquet Estuary beyond. Family bathroom including bath and separate shower cubicle.
Second Floor – Two bedrooms, one twin the other a bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children 12 years or under. Second Lounge/Den room with views of the Marina and the Coquet Estuary.
One well behaved dog welcome under our strict house rules for pets.
Parking for 1 car on private drive and second car on the roadside opposite the house.
