The Warks burn is an otter river and offers a range of habitats for animals such as roe deer, badgers and foxes.
The local area offers the opportunity to exercise either gently or more energetically: Walk the Roman Wall, Mountain Bike in Kielder Forest, stroll along Bamburgh Beach or experience the beauty of Alnwick Gardens.
