Braeside has been carefully restored and refurbished to a very high standard yet retaining many traditional features but with the modern benefits of gas fired central heating and double-glazing throughout. The ground floor includes an entrance lobby/hall with the original mosaic floor. The large sitting room has a coal effect gas fire with cast iron inset and marble surround, bay window, comfortable seating, TV and DVD and solid oak floor. The kitchen/dining area is open plan. The kitchen has traditional style oak units incorporating all modern appliances. The dining area has a stone inglenook incorporating a freestanding log effect gas stove. From the dining area a door leads into the south west facing conservatory with seating so the sun can be enjoyed from morning through to late evening. The garden is secluded and has a very pleasant open aspect. Master double bedroom with spacious en suite. One twin bedded room and a third room for storage. Family bathroom with full size bath and shower over. Street parking outside house (no through road). Sorry, No children under 16, smokers or pets.
