Broom Farm Guest House is a Grade II listed property and is situated only 2 miles from Durham City. It is very well placed for access to the surrounding tourist attractions and historical landmarks. This village property dates back to the 17thC and offers a unique staying experience and first class homely accommodation.
Each bedroom is beautifully decorated in a traditional style and includes a twin and a double en suite room and a single and double room, both with private bathrooms. Each one is fully equipped with a TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
A handsome full English breakfast is served in the guest lounge and includes home-made jam, yoghurt and free-range eggs. A warm and friendly welcome can be expected from the owners and every effort is made to ensure an enjoyable stay.
