Surrounded entirely by the owner's own farmland, the holiday property is approached by moorland roads where some of the most stunning scenery can be seen. Within easy reach are the many Roman sites for which this area is renowned. Bellingham (full range of shops) is 6 miles away, Kielder Water, Corbridge and Hexham close by. A little further afield are Alnwick Castle and Gardens, Holy Island and the Farne Islands. Fishing is available (by arrangement with the owners) and golf nearby. Shops 6 miles, pub 2 miles.
