Clematis Cottage is a Grade II Listed Georgian cottage situated in the town centre of Barnard Castle.
Tastefully decorated and furnished with a secluded rear garden. The ground floor has a comfortable lounge with a flat screen TV DVD and Freeview. The large kitchen/diner is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a washer and leads out to the rear garden.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms 1 double and a large bathroom with a corner bath and overhead shower.
Barnard Castle is an excellent base for walking, fishing and cycling or exploring the town with the 12th Century ruined castle, antique shops or the famous Bowes Museum.
An Hour's drive can take you to the famous MetroCentre, Historic York or the stunning Lake District.
