This detached, stone built cottage sits on a sandstone ridge in north Northumberland, giving it outstanding views of the Cheviots and surrounding hills.
Groom’s cottage is 0.5 miles from the charming village of Chatton which nestles around the river Till. It has a church, post office, shop and pub.
County town Alnwick and the famous Alnwick Gardens is 20 minutes' drive away. The unique Chillingham Wild Cattle roam the hills visible from the cottage and the castle is nearby.
Our Heritage coastline is just 8 miles and it is 5 miles to the Northumberland National Park, where there are opportunities for fishing, climbing, walking and cycling.
