Newly refurbished and awarded 5 stars on opening in September 2010. Linhope House is an elegant Edwardian stone townhouse in an idyllic location a few steps away from the River Coquet and Rothbury village.. Parking within the grounds. Originally built to house executive managers of the Armstrong Estate now the popular local attraction of Cragside. On the doorstep to the Northumberland National Park, there is great access to walking and cycling routes around the county as well as local shops and amenities.
Linhope House boasts 4 large guest rooms using traditional styling and include a variety of antiques and modern furnishings. All guest rooms are ensuite, 2 with roll top baths and separate showers. The rooms are also equipped with king size mahogany sleigh beds, with large fluffy dressing gowns, hairdryers, a range of toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarms and 37" full HD satellite TV. Outside, there is a lawned garden, surrounded by well-established trees, lending the property a peaceful and secluded atmosphere.
