Nafferton Farm is a working farm with sheep, cattle and horses, situated in a rural location on the outskirts of Durham City. The farmhouse dates back to 1750, and has been carefully restored to retain its original features and character, and provides a welcoming setting for visitors. Guests can enjoy panoramic views whilst relaxing in the secluded garden with its large pond and water features. Open all year except Christmas and New Year.
The spacious double en suite bedrooms are easily converted into family rooms if required. Both rooms have colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities and are available for single person occupancy at £35pppn. Children are welcome.
Ideal for walkers and cyclists - packed lunches can be provided if required.
Brancepeth is a picturesque village with an ancient castle and church, golf course and fishing lakes. Close to Durham City with its ancient cathedral and castle, and only a short distance from Beamish Museum, Bowes Museum, Raby Castle, the Durham Dales and Northumbrian Coastline.
