Craster is a picturesque fishing village on the unspoilt Northumbrian heritage coast just 7 miles or 15 minutes drive from Alnwick.
Rock Ville is a spacious semi detached house ideally situated with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. The property has 4 bedrooms upstairs sleeping 7 persons. This comprises of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin with en-suite, 1 single and a bunk bed room. There is an upstairs family bathroom with shower (no bath) and an additional downstairs toilet. The house is well furnished throughout with central heating and all facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot, high chair and stair gate are available upon request.
The fully equipped kitchen also has a dinning area. The living room and separate dining room have open coal fires and views to the garden and sea. On the seaward side there is a large sunroom in which to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views of the enclosed garden and sea. Whether beautifully calm or dramatically stormy there is always something to watch from passing seabirds and ships to seals and porpoises. You can venture through the garden gate to explore the rock pools with the sea lapping along the shoreline or relax with a barbeque in the garden.
There is off-street car parking for two vehicles and storage for bicycles.
Coal is provided. Electricity is paid for upon departure.
Please note we do not allow pets or smoking in Rock Ville.
Short breaks are available low season.
Fyona and Michael have been providing self catering accommodation for over 12 years and living in the village, can be called on if advice is needed. Michael, being a Craster local, has an extensive knowledge of the area.
