The Victoria and Collingwood suites can accommodate up to 200 delegates or up to 180 guests for dinner and weddings while there is a variety of smaller suites available for events such as seminars and receptions.

The new Leisure Club features an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and cold plunge pool as well as a fitness area. Hotel guests and business delegates (daily conference package) can avail themselves of the excellent facilities in the hotel's fully equipped leisure club free of charge.

The Destination Bar has opened its doors to the public in May 2003 after a £750,000 refurbishment of the former smoking room in the basement of Royal Station Hotel in Newcastle City Centre.
