Tahfay house is ideal for family seaside breaks thanks to its location of being close to the seafront. The house sleeps up to 10 persons . Smaller parties are also accommodated, making it perfect for special occasions such as birthday celebrations, anniversaries and reunions.

It's perfectly situated at the start of Northumberland Heritage Coast Trail. Within minutes, you can be discovering the beautiful Northumbrian coast and countryside, exploring historic castles and gardens, or researching your family tree in the nearby Woodhorn archive museum. Yet you're still only a short trip away from the vibrant city of Newcastle with its plethora of shops, bars, restaurants and culture.

Built around 1860, it has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard whilst retaining much of its original character. Tahfay House boasts many attractive features, like stripped pine doors and flooring. For maximum comfort, all bedrooms are fully carpeted. The property also benefits from full central heating. The kitchen has a full range of modern units and facilities.

Five bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 family room) on the 1st and 2nd floors provide comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. The Master Bedroom boasts a four poster bed and en suite WC and shower room.

All bedrooms have colour television.

A family bathroom is centrally located with WC and over-Bath Electric Shower.

The cosy lounge includes a colour TV/DVD player, video and Freeview.

Heating, electricity, towels and bed linen are fully included in the price. All you need to bring is your bucket and spade!
