From south A1(M) take the A19 north signposted Teesside, then the A66 to Middlesbrough, 3rd turn off for the town centre.
From Middlesbrough Station - 5 minutes walk. At the station turn left towards a set of traffic lights. Turn right under the fly-over to the 2nd set of lights. Turn left again and carry on until you arrive at the hotel car park.
