• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• Beverages and extra facilities not mentioned above are not included in the prize package.
• The spa break must be taken 12th-13th September 2008 and must be confirmed before the end of August 2008.
• No purchase necessary.
• Draw open to UK residents of 18 or over.
• Only one entry per person.
• Employees or agents of One NorthEast are not eligible to enter.
• Closing date 31st July 2008.
• The winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries.
• The draw will be attended by an independent observer.

• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
