Return to a bygone age and stroll down a recreated high street of the 1890s with its shops and working craftsmen. Inside the museum look into period rooms from the 1880s to the 1960s and galleries which include the world-famous painting The Dice Players by George de la Tour. Explore over 100 acres of parkland overlooking the River Tees. The park also contains picnic areas, a tropical bird aviary, Butterfly World and a children's safe play area.
