From A1(M) Junction 58, take the A68 and follow directions to Bishop Auckland, then follow signs for Shildon. Once in Shildon follow signs for the train station. The museum is next to the train station on Dabble Duck Industrial Estate.
The museum is next to Shildon Train Station, near Locomotion, the National Railway Museum. Buses run from Bishop Auckland, Darlington and Durham to Dabble Duck Industrial Estate.
