Accessible Accommodation

We are committed to providing accommodation that is accessible for all our visitors. If you, or someone with whom you're travelling, has special requirements, our accommodation search, combined with the accessible property page, will help you find a suitable place to stay.

Many of our properties have adopted The National Accessible Scheme. This sets standards for self-catering and serviced accommodation that must be met if they're to be accredited as accessible for hearing and visually impaired guests. Additional standards are set for guests with mobility impairment.

When searching the guide, a range of symbols is used to denote how accessible a property is. Accommodation that displays one or more of the signs is committed to accessibility. It is also your safeguard that the accommodation has been thoroughly assessed against demanding criteria.

The National Accessible Accommodation Scheme is optional, so there will also be properties across the region that haven't adopted the scheme but which may meet your requirements. Even with the Accessible Scheme in place, before booking your holiday, we would strongly recommend that you check with the property of your choice that they can meet your requirements.

To help with your search, we've identified all properties that are accredited by the scheme.
