Belford
Swinhoe Farm Riding Centre is situated 3 miles north of Belford village. We are a small, friendly riding centre and livery yard, where everyone is welcome from beginners to novice.
We take children from the age of 4 years upwards.
All lessons are taught by a BHS qualified instructor in our floodlit 20m x 40m outdoor arena. We also have a range of show-jumps and an enclosed cross-country training area.
Hacking: We provide rides of up to 5. There is the woodland ride (1 hour) for the beginner rider, or for the more experienced rider there is hack around St Cuthbert's Cave (approximately 2 hours 20 minutes).
Training: The centre offers training for BHS Stages 1 and 2, Pony Club tests and Badges as well as Riding & Road Safety.
Livery:
We offer livery from DIY to Full to suit your individual needs, we have a horse walker which takes up to 5 horses at a time.
